Scratch

This project was created as part of a class assignment.

I developed a multi-level Scratch maze game that includes original music, a storyline, and personalized sprites. To play, you use the arrow keys to move through each maze, collect items, and overcome obstacles that block your path to the next level. There’s also a countdown timer—if you don’t finish in time, the game ends with a twist!

It’s designed to be challenging and fun, and I put a lot of effort into making it creative and “cheat-resistant.” There are still a few glitches here and there, but overall it works well and tells a fun little story along the way.

Python

In this project, I analyzed VO₂ (oxygen consumption) data using Python and created dynamic plots to visualize key physiological parameters. Building on a base script from class, I modified the code to process a new dataset, demonstrating the power of reusable, modular code.

Key contributions:

This project combined elements of data wrangling, scientific visualization, and physiological interpretation, and was submitted through Kaggle with GitHub integration as part of a KNES381 course.

Dart Fish Video Analysis

I have developed foundational skills in using Dartfish video analysis software to assess and break down human movement. Through guided practice, I learned to use key tools such as angle measurement, timing functions, annotations, and video splicing to analyze technique and performance. These features allow for detailed observation and comparison of movement patterns, making it easier to identify areas for improvement. This experience has enhanced my understanding of how video analysis can be effectively used in kinesiology, rehabilitation, and sport performance contexts.

Artwork/Photography!

I've drawn many things in my spare time, but these are some of my favourites. Art is something I love doing just for fun. Click below to check out some time-lapses, photos and examples of my work —each piece is a little colour, mood, or storytelling experiment.

The image to the right is one of my most recent drawings. It was inspired by the song "STORM" from Epic: The Musical. I had a great time playing around with lighting, dramatic waves, and stormy textures to bring the scene to life.

Above is the aforementioned song, if you want to hear what sparked the idea!
